
Shoot First Entertainment is comprised of Zack Resnicoff and J.C. Khoury, both alumni of the NYU Graduate Film Program.
Shoot First has photographed, edited, written, produced and directed over 100 hours of original content for Film, TV, and the Internet. In June of 2006, Zack & J.C. of Shoot First Entertainment received an AICP award and inclusion of their commercial work in the Museum of Modern Art's permanent collection. Other recent awards include an ASC Heritage Award, two Hamptons International Film Festival wins, three gold ADDY awards, a Slamdance Film Festival award, and a best picture nod from ZoieFest. Some clients for their commercial, branded entertainment, fashion, and music video work include NBC, AMC, Spike, Bad Boy Entertainment, Arista Records, Cotton, Aquafina, Hypnotic, Hugo Boss, Troma, Emerging Pictures, Beautopia, and Borderline TV. Zack and J.C. recently produced and directed a branded entertainment short film for Aquafina, and a national commercial campaign for Genspec Vitamins. Shoot First Entertainment has been written up in The New York Times, Variety, The Hollywood Reporter, American Cinematographer, Videomaker, Streaming-Media Magazine, Boards, Shoot, and Creativity.
